  2. Auditing by Xandr: For most creatives, human auditing is conducted by our dedicated team at Xandr. This comprehensive review evaluates each creative's compliance with our policies and standards. However, for GDN (Google Display Network) images, we rely on Google's policies and review processes.
  3. Audit Status and Timeframe: During the auditing process, creatives go through different status stages. These include:
  • No Audit: This status indicates that the creative is not being audited because the associated campaign is not yet active.
  • Pending: Once your campaign is activated, the creative enters the auditing process, and it will be audited by Xandr. The target completion time for this audit is typically within one business day.
  • Approved: Creatives that pass the audit successfully are marked as “approved.” These audited creatives are eligible to serve on our platform.
  • Failed: If a creative does not meet our audit criteria, it is marked as “failed” and is deemed ineligible to serve.

Please note that while we strive to complete the audit within one business day, in some cases, the process may take longer, especially if the auditing starts on a Friday or over the weekend. Rest assured, our team works diligently to complete the audit as quickly as possible.

Ensuring Compliance and Trust: At ad:personam, we maintain strict content requirements and standards to provide a safe and appropriate advertising environment. We prohibit content related to tobacco, weapons, nudity, defamatory/hate speech, illegal activities, profanities, spyware, or misleading claims.
