Uploading a Video Ad

To upload a ad in ad:personam, follow these steps:

  1. Select “Video” as the creative asset type and click “Next” to proceed.
  2. Ensure that your video file meets the technical requirements specified below:
    • Maximum Video File Size: 10MB
    • Minimum Bit Rate: 2500kbps
    • Minimum Size: 1280×720 pixels
    • Media Type: MP4 format
  3. Click the “Upload” button to upload your video file. Please note that only one video should be uploaded at a time to avoid any potential issues.
  4. The filename of the video file will be used as the creative name. To ensure clarity when consulting reports, use a naming convention that is easy to understand.
  5. Select the appropriate video length from the available options: 15s, 30s, or 60s. If your video's length doesn't match any of these options exactly, select the closest value.
  6. Enter the landing page URL where users will be redirected when they click on the creative. Make sure the URL begins with “https://” to ensure a secure connection.

Recommended Video Creative Specifications:

  • Media Type: MP4 format
  • Minimum Bitrate: 2,000 kbps
  • Minimum Resolution: 1280×720 pixels (sometimes notated as 720p)
  • Duration: 15 or 30 seconds

When creating CTV , ensure that your video files adhere to these specifications to optimize their performance on platforms.
