Do I need a subscription to launch a campaign?
Yes, an active ad:personam subscription is required to launch a campaign. We offer two plans, Starter and PRO, tailored to different levels of advertising needs. Setting up your advertiser account is free, but a subscription is necessary for campaign activation.
How do I upgrade/downgrade my plan?
To change your current plan, visit the Billing Portal through your Profile or Dashboard. ad:personam uses a pro-rata system for plan changes, meaning that if you upgrade or downgrade your plan, we calculate the cost difference based on the remaining time in your current billing cycle. The additional cost for upgrades will be added to your next invoice, while downgrades will receive a credit toward future billing.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel your ad:personam subscription at any time directly through the Billing Portal in your Profile or Dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, allowing you to use the service until then. There are no penalties for cancellation, giving you full control over your subscription.
I don't need any plan at the moment; can I pause the subscription?
While you cannot directly pause your subscription, you can cancel it and resubscribe later. This approach allows you to manage your usage and costs effectively according to your current needs.
How do I pay for my campaigns?
After setting up your campaign, you will receive an invoice for the campaign budget. This invoice must be paid within 14 days, as the campaign will only start after the payment is processed. Ensure timely payment to avoid any delays in your campaign launch.
Can I add funds to my account?
Yes, you can add funds to your Credit Balance within your ad:personam account through the Subscription & Balance section in your profile. Once you have a Credit Balance, it will automatically cover the costs of your campaign invoices, simplifying your campaign finance management.
